House OutsideGreen Acres is a luxury home surrounded by orange groves; Settlement Road borders the Brockman River just off the Great Northern Highway, 3kms north of the township of Bindoon, just one hour from Perth.

Green Acres was completely renovated in 2007, sweeping veranda at the front and undercover entertaining area at the rear. Highly polished jarrah floorboards and high ceilings are warm and inviting. Reverse cycle air conditioning is ducted to various zones in the house.

Green Acres is a smoke free home but you are welcome to smoke outside. The lounge has comfortable seating, plasma TV, DVD player. Wireless broadband internet access is available.Bedroom

The bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to ducted air conditioning and built in wardrobes.

There are three guest bedrooms comprising of double and queen beds. Single beds are available by arrangement. Linen and towels are provided.

The bathroom has an overhead heater and fans, a shower and a huge bath. The toilet is separate and an additional toilet in the laundry area.

Meals

Breakfast

A gourmet continental breakfast provides fruits, juices, cereals, yoghurt, toast, tea and coffee and is served in the dining room or in the garden courtyard. A hot breakfast can be served by arrangement.

KitchenLunch for example can be juice, salad with a freshly baked quiche from the famous Bindoon Bakery, farm fresh fruit and dinner could comprise of steak and farm fresh vegetables. BYO is encouraged.
